Eileen looked after our dog Coco many times & gave him duck eggs for breakfast! She would then send us home with a half dozen to cook for him! What a lovely lady sincere condolences to all her family. May she rest in peace.

I met Sr coletta when I was expecting my first child 32 years ago.. She did our anti natal classes.. She was such a lovely lady... She was a funny, kind, no nonsense woman who gave practical sound advice when needed.. She was very helpful to me with a particular problem I had.. She will be remembered as a lovely caring, efficient lady who was always a pleasure to work alongside, and had a most wonderful sense of humour. Rest in peace Eileen.
