What a force of nature, your Mum was. The great cycle of life is complete. You will see and remember her as trees sway, as the setting sun makes a glow on the horizon. All the comments should let you know the huge impact she had on all of us. And Garry and Richie's Sinnott's comments are so true, the word Eileen derives from bright or light so there are three strong lights guiding our paths. Love to you, Patrick and Dino, hopefully Rory was able to pass on our condolences in person.

Dear Catherine, Patrick and Dino.

Its with sincere sympathy and sadness that I offer the SMITH's condolences on the passing of Eileen. She was truly an exceptional lady with a heart of gold who would do anything to help anyone in need. She is part of that East-End generation with whom I had the pleasure of growing up with, a close family and childhood friend of my late mother Susie Smith (née Groves) Eileen was always there for us.

Catherine, there is so much that I could write about your mum and dad, they were by far
the nicest people I've come across or indeed had the pleasure of knowing. I miss their comfort, compassion & understanding as I miss the cozy chats about times that were less complicated, family orientated that evoked a common empathy & decency showed towards one another. This I miss, though as we ourselves continue along our journey . . I'm comforted in the belief that they are always with us and will continue to show us their love & support during challenging times.

Your mum and dad are now reunited, they are amongst family, friends and old neighbors! I wish them eternal peace & happiness until such a time that we will join them again as sons, daughters, friends and extended family. Rest well Eileen, the love, memories and legacy you have left us with will continue to grow and shine a light on our lives.

You were a wonderful daughter Catherine, your Mam was lucky to have you. I bet your Dad is playing sweet music in Heaven now that your Mam is reunited with him. If the tunes are half as good as those we played together in London in the 80's, then there'll be great jubilation!!

Catherine and Paddy it is with sadness I write these few words. Your mother’s name was read out and she was prayed for at the 12.30 mass in Whitehall yesterday, as was celebrated our parent’s anniversary mass. The 3 Eileen's are together again watching over us, may they rest in Peace
