A remarkable and warm person, with whom we always enjoyed the craic when we were over.
We've many good memories of her and Uncle Jimmy, one springs to mind when my wife Claire tried to teach her some Welsh phrases! We all cried with laughter.

Very fond memories of Eileen from when I worked in the Gala Bingo, a very funny and friendly lady of a woman. She loved my grandfather and her old neighbour Sash Kearney, they used to have great skit together. Rest In Peace Eileen.

Deepest condolences to Valerie, Joe and Shay on the passing of your lovely mother, Eileen. I have such fond memories of Eileen growing up on Moycullen Road. A great neighbour and friend to my late mother Lizzie. Eileen was wonderful to our mother in the Lexington Nursing Home when she was there for a short stay, making sure she was looked after and happy. Her kindness over the years was wonderful. Eileen will be so missed. RIP Eileen.

My condolences to all of Eileen's family. You were her world. She spoke of you from the moment she woke until the moment she slept. She lit up at every visit no matter who from the family it was. I got to see first hand how much U all loved her. It was a pleasure to care for her in my time in Lexington and will always rember the wise words she gave me on my last day. "The world is a big place go and see what's out there". She was some woman who spoke her mind but she had a great ability to just know when I was having a sad day. Many of days she cared for me instead with a big hug no questions asked and I will treasure them times as they meant more than she'll ever know. I will miss Mrs. Dunne and will always remember her fondly. Rest up now Eileen you deserve it. Lots of love Vanessa
