I am saddened to hear of Eileen's passing, however, I hope her loving family gets some consolation that she is back in the arms of her beloved Husband Sean.
I had the privilege of getting to know Eileen and Sean during my many happy years working in Ballyfermot with DCC's Community Team.
Eileen would have the kettle on and Tea and biscuits on the table along with the warmest of welcomes as soon as you put your foot in the front door .

I was deeply saddened to hear the news of Eileen's passing. I have such lovely memories of Eileen and Sean, who were always immensely supportive of our various projects and initiatives down through the years in Ballyfermot.
They were actively involved in the Ballyfermot Garden Club back in the early days.
Eileen also loved to help out at the annual Plant Sales each Summer down in the Ballyfermot Library, leaving the horticultural advice to Sean while she looked after the plant money at the door. Such a kind, warm, hospitable lady who was always such fun to be around.
