You were forever smiling and laughing, especially when you first arrived on the 2nd floor and would banter every morning about putting on the make up and jewellery. A character with a heart of gold and I will sorely miss you, as we all will. Your Harry and family were devoted to you, so you truly reaped what you sowed.
