Eileen was my Mother’s Cousin and hence my Cousin once removed. I have fond memories with Eileen and Olive when I was a child visiting Aunt Eileen. Eileen and Olive were always very encouraging. In recent years I met Eileen in Ringsend Church. She was still the same Eileen most gracious and we connected. I was sorry to see Eileen in St Vincent’s Private recently and she unable to respond to my presence. May Eileen rest in peace.
