I have such fond memories of visiting your house on a Saturday or Sunday evening and playing in your front room..... your house was always full of laughter I loved enjoying the ‘sisters’ I never had....Noel and Eileen were very kind to me mum and dad.... So sorry to hear that Eileen has passed on. I will never forget the impact Eileen and Noel made on my childhood as I played football with Noel Gerrard and Perky in the garden. Eileen was such a bubbly and kind person who treated me like part of the family. I remember with fondness our Sunday trips to the Phoenix Park or for a drive around the Dublin mountains and Firhouse. Always thoughful to a fault, Noel Gerrard and I used to be loaded up with crisps and lemonade in the car whilst Eileen and Noel attended Mass or met up with their many friends and family afterwards. I remember that Eileen loved to sing and often whisked me around the kitchen as she sang and danced when a favourite song came on the radio. She was such a kind and caring mother and wife and I know you all loved her so much and will miss her greatly. But the impact she made on all will never be forgotten and live on in our memories forever. May she rest in peace. Peter from Cedarwood Road.

Our sincere and heartfelt condolences to you all at the loss of your beautiful mother Eileen. She was such a generous spirit, so creative, warm and caring. We are so sad for your loss but know that you have wonderful memories to cherish.

Eileen was such a lovely woman, a great wife, mother, neighbour and the greatest friend. She gave the best hugs and kisses and it was always a joy to be in her company.

Sending love and condolences to all the family on the sad passing of a beloved Mother, Sister and Grandmother. I have such fond memories of Eileen - she was so full of life and fun. She loved her style and her outings and of course her holidays! I also remember her as a very talented, artistic lady. It is so sad to lose a loved one at any time but it is particularly difficult during this time of social distancing. So many people want to be there to pay their respects and just give you a hug. However, that time will surely come before too long, when we can join you in celebrating a life well lived. Rest in peace dear Eileen.

Heaven holds another beautiful Angel. I recount the first of many times I met Eileen through my best friend Mary and her family at The Knocklyon in and with Kathleen & Harry Morton.
