My deepest sympathy to the McNicholas and McCormack families on the passing of Eileen, I met Eileen many many years ago when we were boarding in the Mercy Convent Swinford, she was lovely then and I'm sure she never changed . Rest in the arms of the Lord Eileen.

I met Eileen as a teenager embarking on our Nursing journey at The Whittington Hospital, London.
We, Teresa, Mary and Margaret became fast friends and soon met and adored your family as you ours.
You were always there for us with your lovable, sensible, practical optimism.
James, you became Eileen’s guiding light as she yours. We had such fun times as she shared all about you with us.
Our friendship continued for almost 47 years as we all met when we could.
Thousands of miles didn’t stop you and James coming to me and my family when I had medical issues in Vermont, USA in 2003.
I will always remember you as my special friend, the love you had for your family and the care you gave to your patients.
James and family, my heart grieves for you as you try to go on in life with your huge loss of Eileen.
