My sincere sympathies to the O'Reilly and Nolan families. Eileen taught me in St. Mary's - she was hardworking, intelligent, fair, kind and most importantly, treated us all equally. She had an incredible ability to control a lively class of girls without ever raising her voice or uttering a negative word! I had so much respect for her as a teacher and then had the privilege of teaching with her years later. She was an absolute lady. She had a great sense of humour and a genuine love for people. She welcomed and supported new staff whole-heartedly. I am so sorry to hear of her passing - she will leave a huge void in the lives if those who knew and loved her. Rest in peace Eileen.
