Our late condolences to all the Quinn family on Eileen's passing. We were abroad when she passed and we heard of it today at mass in Dingle. She was a lovely lady with a good sense of fun. Of course she had great historic connections which she was always proud of and part of. May she rest in peace.

Eileen + Karl were such formative figures in my childhood and gave me my 1st job as their babysitter....generous pay scale too !
They looked out for my mom from the moment our dad passed and we moved to Dublin. I still make Eileen's recipes from our Saturday dinners in Foxrock.
There was a deeply special attachment between Eileen and her 1st cousin Siobhan (my mom).....probably enhanced by Eileen being an only child.
Eileen was a funny, creative lady....petite in stature....with a spine of steel.
I cherish my memories of you Eileen....and always will.
