She helped Paddy, James, Angela & I through the funerals & months mind of our late Mam & Dad with gentle instructions & hugs for us all. She was always very kind to me and I appreciate her courage and strength even in her great age when she walked happily along the river Gave to her dedicated service in Lourdes.
Eileen, part of the "irish pack" of Lourdes hospitalieres will remain in my memory as a nice and faithful lady.

Mrs Sweeney was such a good woman. She used to leave the house on her bike early every morning, heading for the Church. I will miss her. Please accept my deepest condolences ?
I wish to extend my sincere sympathy to Eileen's family on the death of truly a great women. She looked after us Carmelites with great devotion. Sadly I am unable to be present at her funeral as I am living in Kinsale and unable to travel due to prior engagements. I will remember Eileen in my prayers.
So sad to hear of Eillen death she was so good to me in Lourdes she will be sadly missed by her family and so many friends in Lourdes Our Lady of Lourdes pray for Eileen
I was a friend of Eileen through the Beaumount ministry. She was a truly wonderful lady who did so much good for others. I will miss our chats and pray for the family at this difficult time. May Eileen rest now in the loving arms of God Amen
