Deepest sympathy to the Clancy family. Eileen was a very talented and entertaining person who could have had a career in professional theatre.
I particularly recall a Guinness Players O'Casey performance in which she left few in the house dry-eyed. May she rest in peace.
My sincere condolences to Eileen’s family.I was so sorry to hear this sad news. I worked with Eileen and since retiring she has been a dear friend. So supportive and kind.
Sympathy to Anne, Joe, Catherine and family on Eileen’s recent death. May Eileen rest in peace after a varied life very well lived. Remembering you all tomorrow during Eileen’s funeral.
Back in the days of Casimir Eileen was always the big sister to Ann, always very stylish and kind . Over the past years renewed my friendship with Eileen in Richmond and so enjoyed her quick wit and great sense of humour. She and Ann had a very special relationship and she always spoke so lovingly about her little sister. My condolences to Ann, Joe and Catherine and the extended family. Unfortunately I won’t be in the country for the funeral but will watch it on line.
Although I have not seen my cousin, Eileen, for quite some time, I have such fond memories of her both in Ireland when I visited and in NYC when she visited. I so loved and enjoyed her intellect, quick wit, and importantly her compassion and kindness. She will be missed. My condolences to Anne, Joe, Catherine and friends. With much love, Maura
I will cherish many happy memories of time spent with Eileen, she had many great qualities and enhanced the lives of those privileged to have known her. My condolences to her family, she will be greatly missed.
A most wonderful big sister to a special friend Ann ands kind person to all our family in Casimir, so sorry to hear of your passing
Eileen holds a special place in my memories of the days we had on Casimir Road. She was the professional working lady who bought her shoes from Fitzpatrick's ,the most expensive shoe shop on Grafton Street. Not only that but a cake from Tea Time Express on Dawson Street was purchased each Friday which Anne and I duly nibbled our way through saying nothing to Eileen. Usually blaming Jim .
My heartfelt condolences to Ann, Joe, Catherine, nieces and nephews. I am so grateful to have have had Eileen in my life for the last 28 years. She has made the world a better place and touched so many peoples lives, both her as a nurse, in Kenya and to her many friends as well. She was such a wonderful role model and taught me so much about humanity with humour. My family and I will miss her so much, she has left an indelible mark on our hearts. ♥️ Rest in peace Dear Eileen 🙏💚
My sincere condolences to Anne, Joe, Catherine and all Eileen’s relatives and friends. Eileen has been a very special and loyal friend for many years as we lived close by in Richmond. I will never forget all the love and kindness she showed me, and will miss her greatly. RIP dear Eileen ❤️ 🙏

I am sorry to hear this sad news of Eileen and for your loss. I only knew her for a short time, at work and socially: a kind and sensitive lady. She will be missed. I’m not sure if I can go to her funeral but I will definitely watch on line. God Bless xx
I’m so sad to hear this - Eileen was an amazing palliative care / oncology nurse.. a role model and like so many a strong Irish woman. I worked with her at Hammersmith Hosp & Pembridge. I had a fabulous day with Eileen in Kew Gardens and then visiting her beautiful flat in Kew. Her care, empathy and public service is incredible. My condolences to all her family & friends. Rest in peace Eileen 🕊️love Cath
