Truly heartbreaking to hear of Eileen’s sudden passing. She was one of the kindest souls I knew. Eileen showed me such kindness over the years, I was always welcomed with open arms at Turnings, Straffan and never left without a loaf of her famous brown bread or scones under my arm.

I will forever cherish the memories sitting around the kitchen table amongst such warmth, kindness and love. Thank you Eileen.
