So sorry to hear of Eilish’s passing. She was always so welcoming to all of us kids in Park View Drive. We have so many lovely memories of her bringing every child in the Avenue swimming, camping in her back garden as teenagers, having our tea at her table. Many a sore knee she patched up and a tear she wiped away. So motherly and kind she was. Rest in peace Eilish, together with Pat again and may your family find comfort.

My deepest condolences to the O’Shea family — Seamus, Kevin, Deirdre, Donal, Colm, and Eileen. I have such fond memories of going to Thurles on holiday every summer with John. These are some of my best memories from growing up - milk with dinner every time, chocolate cornflakes before bed, and trips to Templemore. Aunt Eilish’s warmth and kindness will be with me forever. May her beautiful soul rest in peace. I regret that I am unable to attend the funeral, as I am currently out of the country. I will be joining the service online.
