I was so sad to hear of Christopher’s passing. I taught him in 5th and 6th class, and have many memories of him in school. Thinking of Tony, Paul, Julie and James at this very difficult time.

I’m so sorry to hear this awful news. I had the pleasure of working with Eilo up in Lugwoods during the Christmas activities, where he played the part of the Grinch. He was the furthest thing from a Grinch he always arrived with a smile and great energy but the moment he put on that big green suit and the children arrived on the train, he threw himself into full Grinch mode.
He loved making the kids scream with laughter, and it quickly became everyone’s favourite part of the day. Hail rain or snow he brought his Christmas spirit to every shift. He was a real child at heart and had great time for younger kids.

Eilo spoke so fondly of Rachel and her family, and he often talked about how much he loved spending Christmas with them. Food was always a favourite topic of his.

He was a man with a good heart, loved by so many, and he will be deeply missed.

May he rest in peace.

Eilo was a neighbour and friend growing up, always a wild but gentle giant. I'm so so sorry to hear of his passing, thoughts are especially with his partner Rachel & Son Leo may the strength of his love and memories help you through the grief.

To Big Tony, Julie, Tony, Paul, James, Andrew & Amy I am so so sorry for your loss I know you will be feeling it deeply I am sure Eilo loved you all as much as you loved and are missing him, our memories of him will keep him alive speak his name often tell the story's and find comfort in the memories.
