father Michael in 1975/6, I met and knew her then. Always a lady.

Sorry for having to say goodbye to a lovely lady who adorned our church weekly. You had a wonderful pair of hands __ you could sew, knit,do embroidery, cook,bake to name some of your attributes . We met often while out walking,you going at a faster pace than me I have to add. You have earned your place in heaven. I must include your style which was admired. I was at your reposal yesterday. My heartfelt prayers and thoughts are with you Eithne's family . Memories of her in the nursing home some years ago , when my father P.J was a resident. She was always very friendly and chatty . Her favourite chair with her books and magazines. Always a watchful eye on everything and everyone and the care shown to her companions , in the days of my Dad and Tony Forde. Certainly i didnt have to worry with Eithne around . A lovely lady , with a long life well lived , may she rest in eternal peace with your beloved father . A beautiful Mass today . She was a lovely lady and it’s many the great chats we had when she was in Skehana, and especially when I’d meet her in the nursing home in recent years when I was able to visit.
