On behalf of the Dublin International Piano Competition I offer sincere condolences to Orla, Ciara, and Eoin, grandchildren, and the extended Healy and Corrigan family on the death of Eithne.
Eithne as a Director of the DIPC gave unsparingly of her time, wisdom, and experience to the DIPC. Eithne had a deep and insightful knowledge of the Arts, coupled with integrity and wisdom, and a commitment to nurturing emerging talent.
Eithne was a beam of sunshine. We remember Eithne’s generosity, especially in her role as an outstanding host welcoming the DIPC International Jury and guests. With warmth, grace, and an open-hearted attention to every detail, she made people feel truly at home and brought everyone together in a spirit of friendship. Eithne’s legacy of glorious hospitality will be long remembered. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam dílis.
