So sorry to hear of the sad passing of Eithne. Our sincere sympathy to you Sean and all your wonderful family on your enormous loss. From the first time we set foot in the pub and on many occasions since we were always assured of a warm and gracious welcome from Eithne. That first time is now over forty years ago when we were accompanied by an old and mutual friend the late Tommy Patterson. Since then a day at the races would not be complete without a few pints in O'Donoghue's on the way home. The convivial atmosphere, the craic, the lovely pints and of course the badly needed sandwiches, made by Eithne herself, every taste catered for. Eithne was always there with a genuine welcome and a word for everyone. A gracious lady who will be greatly missed. Our thoughts are with you all at this time. May she Rest in Peace.
