Eleanor COSTELLOE

Very sad to learn of the recent passing of Eleanor. Sincere sympathy to all the Costello family. I have very happy memories of Eleanor in our Old Alex Hockey days both on and off the pitch. Eleanor was taken too soon, loved by many and will never forgotten. May she rest in peace.

Eleanor will be deeply missed by her Old Alex family and the many friends she made throughout her sporting career. Such sad news. I have fond memories of days at Old Alex where Eleanor was a mainstay of the club. Unfortunately we lost contact when I moved to the UK in 1987. I would like to pass on my condolences to the family. I laugh out loud whenever I reminisce about our Old Alex hockey tour to New York and California in 1985. We had a blast and Eleanor was in the thick of it!!

Eleanor was so welcoming when I joined the club and I had many a fun night in her good company. Glad to have met her in recent years in Kerry and in Dublin. Condolences to her family and many friends - may her gentle soul rest in peace.

I was shocked and so sad to hear of Elanor's untimely passing. I knew her through my sisters when I was a child but got to know her as an adult as well. She was always so vital and quick to a good humoured laugh, I know she will be deeply missed. My sincere condolences to her family at this difficult time.
