Have lovely memories from early days of the McNamara family and Eleanor and Jackie.
Eleanor and my mother Sylvia (Woods) were at school together and remained friends over the years in Athlone.
I remember Eleanor and her involvement in hockey. Also riding horses across the road from the house before development. Eleanor never let the grass grow under her feet and was always involved in "things". May she rest in peace along with Jackie. My sympathy to all the family.
Sincere sympathy from myself, and the Mc Cormack family.
David.
Deirdre and family,
My heartfelt condolences to you all. I have a clear picture of your mother’s visits to the Bower and how she cut a dash, so dapper and colorful. She lived such a full life and I’m sure you are so proud.
Kind thoughts your way Dee at this time.
Warm regards
Columba
