Kirsten, my heartfelt condolences to you on the passing of your dear mother, Bette. My sympathy also to Trevor, to her grandchildren Alex and Ava, and to her brother Patrick and extended family.
The lovely photo of Bette is so redolent of her pleasant personality.
She was gregarious, friendly, loved a chat, a joy to meet. I knew Bette from her visits to Bray Library over many, many years. I think I can say that she was always in a positive and upbeat mood.
Her passing leaves not only a void in the lives of her immediate and extended family, but in the wider community.
May Bette's gentle and kind soul rest in everlasting peace. RIP.

I have very fond memories of Aunty Betty, she was the person at a party you could have a joke with! She was kind to my father when he needed help at home, and a tonic for my mother in her final months.
