My deepest condolences to my dear uncle Christy and his wonderful family on the passing of his lovely wife Betty.
My aunty Betty was one of life's earth angels and although our paths widened over the years, the memories were and always will be forever cherished of her endless kindness and care shown to my mum, myself and our family.
Dearest Aunty Betty, you uncle Christy and your children made many a hard time become a fun time. My childhood trip's to Wicklow were made possible because of you and uncle Christy, my love of the countryside and sea stemmed from our camping trips to Wicklow, a place where I always called and still do, my happy place, all because you were so kind and included us, taking us to Wicklow with your family.

Thank you aunty Betty, thank you for being you and for being a big part of my childhood. Thank you for the good times, you never forgot anyone, a card for every occassion, you'd remember us all.
My mum lost you from sight this week, but not from her life, I know you will be there with her as you will be there for uncle Christy and your loved ones.
If ever there was a person with the world's biggest open arms to give shelter it was you.
Until we meet again may you walk in peace with those who are waiting to welcome you back home.
