Betty was such a beautiful kind generous loving soul that was a magnificent friend to my mother, Betty Foster, and all the Foster family. Her smile always lit up the day, and her sharp, wry wit kept my mother on her toes, and the Foster boys amused. And always so kind to my daughter when we would visit from New York. Rest in Peace sweet Betty. Everyone you came into contact is enriched for having known you. I hope the two Betty's are having a laugh up above. x

My dearest sister Betty died this week,,it was not a shock , she had a long and storied life..but the memories of our time spent together with family came flooding back...she was a very special lady...once with her you never really wanted to leave her...she had so much love for all .She had a wonderful sense of humour and laughed easily.
She was elegant and stylish and wonderful company.She was widowed at a far too young age .She was determined to see her children were raised ‘right’ and boy did she do a good job.
She will be missed by family ,friends and neighbours ,we are eternally grateful for having had her as a sister....
We extend our deepest sympathies to Paul,David ,Mark and their families and to her daughters Lisa, Karen and Alison and their families....all of whom gave so much love and caring at her time of need.
