We would like to send our condolences to Tony, Patricia, Paul and James on the passing of Betty, Also to Fionnuala, Maura and Margaret. Our late mother spoke of her so often down through the years, of the happy times, when Betty used to come and spend a few days in Manor Kilbride, as a little girl, to visit her grandparents, and her affection for her lasted forever. At our parents 50th Bridie was on the dancefloor, when she slipped out of her shoe--nobody noticed until we saw Betty running over and laughingly put it back on, and all was rlght again.

To the McCormack family, I was very sorry to hear of the death of Betty. I knew her through art and my late mother Hazel Cronin did a lot of painting with her. Betty was such a cheerful person to be around and she will be missed by all.
