My aunt Maeve was so proud to have attended the Dominican Convent in Cabra (and made sure we all knew it!), but even prouder of the friends she met there who were so loyal to her and each other throughout life. May Liz and the souls of all those classmates gone before her rest in peace.

I spent many happy hours hiking with Liz in Wicklow and Donegal with the Dublin Walking Club. She was happy in Nature. May she rest in peace.

Liz was a member of our Club and served on the Committee, organising the short and medium walks for several years.
Liz was also a walks leader and led the group on lots of interesting walks in Wicklow and Dublin mountains.
Liz joined us on several walking trips away and enjoyed a swim as well as lots of very long walks.
