Joe and all the family, we are really sorry to know of the death of your mother! We both called into you Joe to buy our very good bicycles some time ago, in your shop and later when we needed any repairs done. So you may not know our names, but Anne often called into you to ask how your mother was. Again we’re so sorry!

Mrs Hollingsworth was an iconic figure for those of us who grew up in Templeogue and surrounds. You certainly didn’t want to get on the wrong side of her :) Always good for a laugh though. We were always made welcome as kids working on motorbikes with Paddy and Blackie in the back shed at Firhouse. We were well fed and watered...and kept in line!
