She adored and nurtured her beautiful and confident grandchildren and great-grandchildren and you all gave her - and indeed your Dad - a fabulous send off today. I hope, in time, it and the memories of many great family times brings you much comfort. Sincere sympathy to Lesley, Paul, John, Karen and Garry, her sister and brother and extended Davis and Mahony family. I hope your happy memories of her and to know she is at peace will get you through the coming difficult days.
I have lovely memories of your Mam Lesley during our teenage years and later chats I had with her whenever we met ; out and about or at Scoil Mobhi where our own kids went and the grandparents helped out collecting them after school,Christmas concerts, sales of works communions etc, she had a sunny disposition and a word for everone, enjoyed her weekends in Wexford and travelling abroad with your Dad. She was a very independent woman ahead of her time who loved her style and family. Very young at heart. She bore her illness with dignity.May she rest in peace. X
