Although Elizebeth was one member of the O'leary family that we were not too well acquainted with it is clear from all the anecdotes, told in the last few days, related to her childhood in Rock Street, Tralee, she was part of heartbeat of this close knit community.

I am deeply sorry to hear of the loss of my cousin. I think we met but once or twice, but I know that my mother, her Aunt Mary, remembered Elizabeth dearly as a small child and admired greatly who Liz became as an adult. I am thinking of her children today, and the mind-redefining moment you lose your mother— and my cousins, her treasured siblings—and the burden of sadness all must feel. I do hope and fully believe her memory will soon fill the room with laughter and joy.
