My condolences to Liz`s friends and family. Liz was always so enthusiastic and friendly. She is a great loss to the conservation community. May she rest in peace.
All of us at Ned O Shea & Sons are shocked and saddened to learn of Liz's death. We had the privilege of working with Liz and Francis on the Killarney house gardens and previously with Helen and Liz at Muckross House. Her attention to detail and passion for her work will be seen for many years to come here in Kerry. Our condolences to Gerry, Liz's extended family and work colleagues in the OPW.
Deepest condolences to Gerry and to Liz's family. We both worked with Liz in the OPW for over 30 years and are so shocked by her sudden passing. Liz was lager than life, such good company and completely passionate about her work. One of a kind. She will be sadly missed.
Shocked and saddened to learn of Liz's death. I will always be grateful for her generosity and kindness. A gentle lady who shared her love of beauty and architecture.
Gerry and the Kelly + Morgan families,
Thank you so much for arranging such a beautiful service to celebrate Liz's life.
Liz has left us far too soon, nonetheless she has made our lives richer. Her legacy is unique - not only the many wonderful gardens and landscapes, but her generous spirit that has inspired the next generation of architects. I will cherish our many OPW trips to projects at heritage sites and more recently our ICOMOS visits to gardens and cultural landscapes in Marrakesh and our short holiday in Essaouira - happy memories.

Liz was a valued colleague, a long time Expert Member of the International Scientific Committee on Cultural Landscapes. As a co-convenor of the NatureCulture Working Group with Ana Bajcura, she touched us in many ways. She was warm, gentle, kind, fun, knowledgable and always willing to share. We remember her warm smile and her enthusiasm for the work we did together. She is sorely missed.
