Ellen was not only a cousin but also a good friend to me and so many others. Never have I known a more genuine, loyal and generous person and the world would be a far better place if there were more people like Ellen in it. She will be missed.

Ellen, you were such a special person. You had so much strength. You were my very special God Daugher and I was very proud to be your God Mother. The angels will be waiting for you. X

I didn’t see you as much as I would of liked but you had your life with seamus and the kids in Ireland and I had mine in Brum, but you are family and you’ll never be forgotten.
One memory of you that always pops into my head the day of my communion when me and you was showing our leg to the video camera .
Then of course my wedding, you looked proud as punch that your little cousin was getting married .
You looked happy and well that day and I’m so glad you came with Amelia .
