Nora, Marie, Richard, Kay, Dolores, Grace, Padraig and Tim,

Nellie has been a part of the fabric of life in Glengoole for as long as anyone can remember. She was a great friend of our father Andy since they were children and in turn with our mother Mary. Both of our families went to school together and we have such really lovely memories of Nellie and Tim over many years.

Always so elegant and beautifully dressed, it would be easy to think Nellie never worked. How wrong, she ran such a good business and provided a multitude of services within the village on top of rearing their children.

In turn she was lucky enough to be so well cared for by her family as she got older.

Nellie will be much missed by her family, her friends, neighbours and community.

May she now rest in peace.
