I have such fond memories of weekends in Cashel with Geraldine, where Elsie and Patsy always had a great welcome for me. Those were fun times in the 80's, with weddings, concerts (Rolling Stones, Bruce Springsteen etc) and 'ordinary weekends' where we always had a great time. More recently, visits with my children, and the lovely outing we had to Newgrange, where the guide was astonished and so impressed when Elsie told him her age. Elsie, you will be sadly missed, you were a legend and a brave lady. May your gentle soul rest in peace, your work here is done.
