Stanley, I was sad to hear of your mum’s passing. I have happy memories of your mum and dad and my parents from those days in Baggot lane.

With deepest sympathy

Stuart Ryder
Very sorry to hear of Elsie's passing. Just a kind and gentle lady. A good friend to my Mother and Aunt ( Edith Hick and Marjorie Hudson)
Fond memories too of Bill, what a gentleman, I had the pleasure of dealing with him when he worked in Ballsbridge.
I am so sorry to learn of Elsie's death. I have very fond memories of her and Bill as they were very good friends of my parents, Eric and Ruth. They enjoyed many shared interests like exploring gardens and weekends away. My father first met Bill as a young boy when visiting Carton and they both shared a mischievous sense of humour. Elsie and my mother were a good team whether flower arranging, playing tennis or involved in the many activities of Kilternan Parish.
With sincere sympathy
Ann Marie

Dear Stanley and Orla, I was greatly saddened to learn of Elsie’s passing. Helen joins me in extending our deepest sympathy. I first got to know Elsie in the 1940s when she and Bill came over from Lucan to play table tennis matches in Clondalkin. Later we were clubmates in Lucan Tennis Club and more recently in Taney Indoor Bowls Club. It was a privilege to know them both.
