Francis, I have just heard of Emer's untimely death. I remember her as a bubbly, friendly kind girl who always had a smile for everyone. Another angel in heaven. God Bless you all in this terrible time.
I only learned last night of Emer's passing and I was just so lost for words. I am so sorry - I hadn't seen Emer for a few years so I did not realise that she was ill. We worked together many moons ago but also shared that same secondary school.. Emer was such a lovely caring person - So friendly and so funny ! I don't think the Emer every realised how liked and popular she was.. My sincere condolences to her sons and family - I believe she will always be with you in spirit and looking after you - that was just in her nature...May she REST IN PEACE...
I was so sad to hear today of the passing of Emer. I went to Holy Faith with Frances & Emer. Emer was always so friendly & had a smile that would light up a room.
So shocked, saddened and subdued by the news of Emer's passing from this mortal world. Our sympathies and condolonces are filled with fond, warm memories of someone bright, vivacious and genuine. A spirit that will always be with us. R.I.P.
To David Alan & Paul
My last word to Mam was you are nearer to heaven than I am. That is where she is now and at peace. She loved and believed in you all and in Heaven she will be now more equipped to look after you. Her spirit will be very strong around you as the angels she dearly believed in, she will protect you by wrapping her arms around you. May you be at peace knowing her pain has ended. Later think of this parting as simply not ended but slipped away into another room. Mammy loved you dearly as we her.
If there is ever anything you boys need I am here to ask. RIP dear Emer range

To David ,Alan, Paul and all Emer's family.
We are so very sorry to hear the sad news. Emer was such a warm and friendly neighbour and went out of her way to greet us when we would meet.
My own Mother Frances Roddy (who passed away last Christmas) was very fond of her too . I guess now they are both looking after one another in heaven.
Thinking of you all at this sad time.
We are only across the road in 31A so if there is anything we can do just let us know.
