Yourself and your brothers done your Mam proud at the funeral service - lovely to hear all the personal stories and insights, I think everyone really got a sense of your Mam, what she meant to everyone who knew her and what a wonderfully kind, generous and competitive person she was.

Deepest condolences to all the Steinegger family. Faith was a great neighbour in Grange Hall and a dear friend to me. We had many laughs and shared many recipes over the years and enjoyed many walks together. I will miss her dearly, she could also identify every bird that chirped in the garden. We often bumped into each other in the mornings and talked first of the dawn chorus. May she rest in peace.

Dear Peter , David , Jean Paul and the extended Steinegger and Lamb Family, I am deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Dear Faith who was a wonderful Mother , Neighbour and Friend . What great times we had growing up with Jules and Faith and Paddy and Maureen , they were great times never to be repeated again , Faith is back in Jules arms and I wonder if they are making that wonderful homemade marzipan and elderflower cordial among other beautiful things . God Bless you all and it was a sincere pleasure to grow up beside you and be your friend . Take care to you all , warmest regards Paul .

My deepest condolences to Peter, David, JP, Charles, Jonathan, Nathan, Abigail, Sam, and family on your loss. I was very fortunate to have you as my grand-aunt. I’m very grateful for the time I spent with you over the years and your kindness through the storms of life. To do this day, I will never know how you shared in winning the 1947 Rathgar Junior School High Jump cup. I will treasure the photo of you holding that cup and smiling ear to ear. For someone with a real lack of height, you made up for it with your energy for life and unwavering belief in a higher power. You were a truly magical person. Safe in the arms of Jesus.

So sorry for your loss of a most wonderful person who had such vitality and compassion. You all looked after her so well. I remember Jules too as if it were only a week ago. You are all blessed to have had her in your lives for the time you did.

My sad thoughts for you Peter and family, David and family but Joy that my mother Joy had such a lovely sister, your mother, my kind natured Auntie Faith. We had a good couple of laughs very recently.
Your Mum and Dad looked after us so many times as we grew up. Dad for Joey the budgie and honey, with your Mum for cooking sponges and the Christmas cake yum, and much more.

I remember Mr. Steinegger at Lamb Bros and meeting Miss Faith at her father Harold's retirement party.

Faith was the sweetest, kindest person you could ever wish to meet. Her secret? She made no secret of her deep love for & devotion to her Lord & Saviour, Jesus Christ. To pray with her, & with Jules, which I had the privilege of doing on many occasions, was to be transported into heaven's ante-room. How I thank God on every remembrance of her & Jules. How you will all miss her. Our deepest sympathy.

Many fond memories of my afternoons after school spent in Auntie Faiths house, homework at the table, oat biscuits, and the budgie in the background…back then sometimes a wee trip to uncle Jules garage for some woodwork…in later years a catch up over raclette. Rest peacefully 🤍
