Emma Cronin
(née O'Connor)

Emma and I were early childhood school friends and reconnected in our college years working together during the summers. However adulthood sent us off in different directions in life. I was extremely saddened to hear of Emma’s passing. I have fond memories of her involving childhood fun and plenty of divilment during our summers working together. When I think of her now I hear her self deprecating humour and infectious giggle. May I offer my sincerest condolences to Jim, Angela and Maeve and to her husband Seamus. May she rest in peace.

I've lots of happy memories of Emma from running between the bee hives in Ballyroe as a child to our school days in Moyderwell.
She was a great character and never lost her wit and sense of humour even in her final months & weeks.
She was a dedicated teacher and also to her family. She was lovely company and a very loyal friend.
