Dear Jonny I am so sorry to hear; what a brave brave woman to have lived so well despite it all. Every time I heard about Emma over the last years it was of how well she was doing abd how inspiring she was to anyone who met her. Well done Emma; well done all of you; all our love is with you. So sorry to hear of the passing of dear Emma. RIP to a truly inspirational lady. I loved reading your blog and I am sure it will inspire all those who have read it.
