Deepest condolences to the Malone family. Emma and I were in the same year and school. We did TY together and in 6th year we both prefects in the same corridor. I was the tallest and she was one of the smallest prefects. Perhaps they put us together so it would balance out. I always remember our little chats back then and she would always make laugh and smile. I spoke to Emma in December I told her that I was a nurse in the UK now and she told me how it was all going and had such a positive outlook on it all. I was deeply saddened to hear of her passing. Jackie, Alan and Aoife.... We are so heartbroken for you... 💔💔💔 I will miss my incredible friend beyond measure. No words can ever convey the gratitude to have been part of Emma's journey with horses, and to have been her horse riding teacher.... from childhood into adulthood, she became one of my closest people. A cornerstone not just in the yard, but also one in my life. Emma brought infectious sparkle wherever she went and delivered love, kindness and a good humour to everyone. As a horse woman she had the gift-the cheekiest of little ponies would be charmed by her gentle, yet assertive manner, the older schoolies would look excited and gear up to a fun session with her and with a new lease of life, whilst the biggest stronger horses just respected Emma's caring approach and in her calm, kind, skilled and capable hands.Emma will continue to leave her mark in time yet to come, with all of us that have been lucky enough to call ourselves her friends. Her willingness to work hard, find joy and set her mind to achieve her goals not only set a bar for all of us as a role model, in her very way too short life, but I'm sure also were the character traits that aided her through the tougher days of unfair illness.

I will treasure our adventures together forever. Jackie, Alan and Aoife- we will be holding you all in our hearts, alongside Emma with much love and deepest sympathy from Caitriona, Niall, Phoebe and Darragh.... ❤️❤️❤️❤️
