We were great childhood friends in Galway Rd and spent many happy days together at the Galway three in a row football training sessions in Tuam Stadium autograph books in hand. We last met by chance in Jones Rd near Croke Park 2017 as Emma was hoping to find a ticket for the All Ireland. My last fitting memory of Emma. May she rest in peace with Tony now.

My condolences to you both, I was very sad to hear of Emma's passing. I have very strong and happy memories of Emma. I had the pleasure of begin her first manager when she joined Revenue. she quickly became the team 'mammy' looked after all of us. she had a great sense of fun and delighted in the antics of some of our younger team members! she spoke often with great pride in Sarah. I know that she will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her.
