So many prayed for the little man, wee Eoin from Donegal,
It seemed so long, as he survived,
T'ill from Heav'n, God called him home.
There is so much that we cant grasp, as we wonder why things are so,
But the little man from Donegal had a far better place to go.
Though I never met his family,
I prayed and prayed for Eoin,
With many others far an near round this land, their care was shown,
Many times, they texted with burdened hearts,
Asking again and again for Eoin,
But the comfort is that when God took him, t'was to Heaven he was going.
But to those of you who are left behind, with tears and grief to bear,
I can only pray to God above, the one who really cares,
Make sure that when yere time has come, be ready for Gods final call,
For in Heavens Home ye'll meet again, wee Eoin from Donegal.
