Sincere condolences and all the support to Eoin's family. I will always remember Eoin as a exemple of wisdom and true kindness. I have been very lucky to meet him in the Netherlands and Ireland, travel with him, and be taught so many technical details and stories about the brewing world with the passion, commitment and ability to convey knowledge Eoin had. May he rest in peace.

I was greatly saddened to hear of the premature passing of Eoin and my deepest condolences to his family. I worked with Eoin on and off over many years and I always enjoyed engaging with him. His warm personality, impressive technical depth, openness in discussions and his innovative resourcefulness always impressed me. May he rest in peace. Gearoid.

Eoin was one of the very first people I had the pleasure of working with. His passion, outside the box thinking and immense knowledge struck me straight away and never faded. I am so so sorry for your great loss;
Eoin was a great friend, colleague and mentor to me over the 25 years that I was fortunate to have known him. He was very supportive to me throughout my career; and one of the main reasons why I followed a career into the beverage industry and Kerry. In the early years i shadowed him on customer projects throughout Africa, Russia and Mexico - where he excelled in problem solving through a fundamental understanding of science and process. For sure Eoin was regarded as one of the best Master Brewers across the globe.
I saw him at his happiest in recent years, and I greatly enjoyed hearing him recount stories of his holidays, weekend hikes and how proud he was of his son Erick and the success Erick was having in the Athletics world.
I count myself as fortunate to have known Eoin for so long. Such a gentleman!

Over the last 30 years Eoin left a tremendous legacy to his colleagues in Carrigaline, Naarden and Naas.
