It was my great privelage to know Eoin through the work he did on my thatched roof. A talented man who always met us with a smile. He was taken too young. My thoughts are with his family and close friends.

A mirror image of his father in every way, the devilment the joy the laughs but most of all the love he showed and shared to all in his life . Eoin is gone from our homes but never from our hearts x

Monica, Colleen, and Eoin's family and friends sending sincere condolences. I had the privilege of getting to know Eoin this summer when he was working on our roof. He was a true gentleman and shared so much pride in his craftsmanship. Most of all, he talked about his mum and sister with great love. We will never forget him. He found a purple stone on the roof and showed it to us, then put it back so that the roof would keep its magic. This small story shows just how thoughtful of a soul he was. God rest his soul, always in my prayers. Laura

I’m so terribly sorry and shocked to hear of Eoin’s sudden demise. I was privileged to meet him a few years ago on a trip to Ireland where Eoin struck me as a very friendly, intelligent and genuine down-to-earth person. His deep passion for traditional thatching and the environment was clearly demonstrated in his artistic work in that field. In his passing, Ireland has lost yet another talented artist from that fast dwindling pool of traditional thatchers.
May Eoin’s gentle soul rest in everlasting peace.
