So sorry to hear that Eric has died. He had a great affinity with Greenore, and the golf club which he represented, and served over a long period of time. It’s many years now since he told me about going to Greenore NS in the 1930’s where our mother Ethna was the teacher when Eric first knew her as Miss O’Hare.

I will miss the quiet and fascinating gentleman. A wonderful source of the history of Cooley and its population. As a member of the Cooley Peninsula Men's Shed, Eric shared his many wood working skills unselfishly.
His door in Rath Abbey was always open.
