Dear Marion, it was with great sadness I learnt from my sister Carole of Eric's death. He was a kind, cheerful and funny man. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him in the Congregations and otherwise.

Hello Marion it's me the son you never had. What memories we have from dear Swanage days. We are family. So glad I was with you in 2019. Eric was my 'best man' because of all the qualities that have been mentioned. This morning we heard the sad news about Eric's death. We were just in time to follow the memorial service. It brought back sweet memories of our time in Ireland and knowing you and Eric.
We can’t understand exactly how you feel, but Jehovah does and will help you cope.

Dear Marion, I am deeply sorry for your loss. You and Eric have been part of our family for over 30 years, and this bound grew deeper as the years went by, despite the language barrier at first and the distance. It feels I’ve lost an uncle.
