I was very sorry to hear of Eric's sudden passing. Sincere condolences to his family and friends. I knew Eric through Respond; he was an kind and gentle man and always a pleasure to deal with. May he rest in peace.

I was shocked and saddened to hear about the tragic loss of Eric. Sincere condolences. He will be missed in the Spanish class. Rest in Peace Eric.

So sad and shocked to hear the news of Eric’s passing. I hadn’t seen him in a few years, but remember him so fondly. We started a Book Club many moons ago which he and Mark joined but our literary tastes were not in harmony and the final straw was when we didn’t appreciate his offering of a weighty biography of de Valera. :)
He was a warm, kind, funny and very clever man - super company, and a real loss to all those who knew and loved him. My condolences go to Mark, his family and many friends including Sandra Howard. May he rest in peace. Donna x

He was a wonderful volunteer in the Hospice and gave so much to the Bereavement service.I will especially remember him during the Children’s weekends ,playing in the field with all the young ones hanging out of him!
