It was with great sadness that I learned of Essie’s passing. We were good friends during our teenage years, and I have many fond memories of the time we spent together - whether it was at his home, playing Rugby for Malahide, or dancing at the Rig in Balbriggan.

My deepest condolences to Kitty, Esmond Snr, the entire family, and his three children, Leah, Adam and Aaron.

My sincerest condolences to Essie’s Children his parents Esmond and Kitty and his siblings, extended family and friends.He looked after my garden for years.We had some great conversations over the years until he had surgery and was awaiting biopsy results.He was unable to continue with looking after the maintenance of my lawn’s/shrubs/trees thereafter.Essie suffered a lot in life !A too short of a life.I am so sad to read today of his passing.God be with him now .Anne.
