We are so very sorry to hear of the sad passing of Esta. We met her always on our annual "pilgrimage " to Ballyduff, the most recent in May at the "Store". It will be a sadder place without Esta. Our relationship with Esta goes back to her time in Bruff when her kindness to my sister Catherine was so valued. Esta was unique, she genuinely wanted the best for everyone and we all know how it lifted ones spirits to meet and have a chat, .I know she will be greatly missed but to me it was the perfect way to go . My sincere condolences to Geraldine, Susan and the extended family.

I was very sorry to receive the sad news about Esta's passing. Esta was a true friend whom i first met in 1992 when i stayed at Elgin Cottage whilst salmon fishing on the River Blackwater . I stayed every year until she retired from providing accommodation but continued to visit every time i was in the area and often spoke to her on the phone as well . I will miss my visits and conversations but have lots of great memories . Esta was a unique character and on behalf of myself and many fishing friends I would like to pass on my sincere condolences to the family circle.
