E... thank you for the last 15 years of friendship, ever since I worked with you in Dr Bent's surgery.
My head and heart are having a hard time believing that you are no longer here on earth.
We had so many more plants and flowers to choose and grow, so many more walks with doggies to do, so much more nature to be fascinated with, so many more chats and giggles to have.
My phone is quiet without your texts, your messages, your videos.
You were so creative, so thoughtful, so enthusiastic, so helpful, so supportive.
You were always looking out for me and my little Mam.
Miss you Buddy.

I visited Dr Bent’s surgery today for the first time since October and was shocked and saddened to learn that dear Esther is no longer with us. Her kind and gentle manner and her musical voice were always so reassuring as she made the patients feel so welcome. She is missed very much.

Esther 😓 I can’t believe what I am reading. You are my oldest friend. We met in primary school, all through secondary school and beyond. We may not have seen each other for years at a time, but we took up where we left off every time we caught up. The distance from Ireland to Australia was never that great between us. So glad I got back to Ireland 2022, we had some great times which I will treasure always. To your brothers, sister and extended family, my thoughts are with you all. Farewell my friend… xx

Sincere condolences to the family and friends of Esther.It was always such a joy to see her passing by with her animals and on occasion stopping for a quick hello.

Esther, I still can’t believe you are no longer here. When I heard the sad news, I was shocked. I always believe that
those who care for & love animals, are people with a big heart & look out for others before themselves.

Every little bird, cat or dog that you rescued & cared for & loved, were lucky to have ended up with you Esther.

We used to chat when I was calling up to my sister & you may have been coming home from work or a walk. Even if you were tired from a days work, you never walked by, you always stopped & said “hello” & asked me how I was? You took the time to be kind to people & again it goes back to those that can be loving & kind to the most vulnerable, such as animals, I find are very caring people in general & the world has lost a one off life’s good ones.

Rest easy now & I’m sure any pets you lost in the past, have greeted you over the rainbow’s bridge & I hope you are surrounded by all that you love & those family & friends who went before you & that you love & have missed.

You will be very much missed Esther.

Sincere condolences to the MacDonald family and to all who knew and loved Esther. We are shocked and deeply saddened at her sudden passing. Esther was a kind caring person with a lovely sense of humour. She had a great love for animals. She was devoted to the many dogs she rescued over many years. She cared for the wild birds and she had feeders set up in her front and back gardens.
She showed great kindness to our family on many occasions. She will be greatly missed. May she dwell in the House of the Lord for ever.

Sincere condolences to Esther's family and friends on her passing. I will never forget how kind she was to me when I moved to Dublin as a student years ago, her warmth, sense of humour and hospitality will never be forgotten.

Praying that the Lord who is perfect in knowledge will draw near to those left behind in a special way.
