Esther was such a beautiful lady inside and out. I will cherish my memories of Lanzarote last year with you both. I was able to watch the funeral and my god did you do her proud. I was lucky to be able to attend Esther's funeral. I can honestly say I have never witnessed anything like it
The send off she got was just beautiful. It was like the Queen of GAA was welcomed back to Ballincroona to a wonderful Guard of Honor by all the hurlers, and the mass was very emotional for you all
