As one of Ettie's oldest friends, my memories take me back to Lacken in the 1940s and 50s.She would join Andy Fitz and me at the crossroads
to play together. She was the boss and told us off for misbehaviour. What a great character, like her Mum Lizzie. Fond memories of good times. She is above with the saints, probably laying the law down, but in a delightful way.
